The Willows (Peter Paul and Mary tribute band)
Out of deep respect for the music of Peter, Paul and Mary, the premiere folk group of the 1960’s, The Willows bring their music alive again with stellar 3-part harmonies and instrumental prowess. Focusing especially on the quality album cuts of the famous trio, the group gives a historical presentation of the music, with reference to the social and musical developments of the time. Throughout the program, the emphasis is on the distinctive culture and ethos of “folk” music.
